This development of purpose built student accommodation comprises of:
88 no. apartments in five block. The blocks vary from 4 to 7 storey, each with a mix of three, four and five bedroomed apartments with lift access to upper floors.
Parking facilities for a total of 71 no. cars parking spaces (61 no. in ground floor garage and 10 no. external spaces)
A Café/shop, seminar room, main reception/security office, laundrette, bin storage areas and bicycle parking.
Contract Duration: 12 months
Completion Date: November 2003
