Four units incorporate two-storey offices
Units consist of office/showroom’s, changing room’s, canteen’s and toilets on the ground floor with additional office space and toilets on the first floor.
Construction and installation of dedicated dock levellers to the rear of all eight warehouse units.
Siteworks consisted of reinforced concrete yards and footpaths, retaining walls, metal fencing, process sewer’s, foul and storm water drainage, landscaping, trucking and parking area.
